About the Role
SourceCode is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner / Tech Recruiter to help grow our engineering team and support HR operations in a fast-growing IT outsourcing environment. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in tech recruitment, understands the software development hiring market, and enjoys building relationships within the developer community. You will work closely with leadership and international teams across Australia and Southeast Asia, supporting recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and workforce management.
Responsibilities
Tech Recruitment & Talent Pipeline
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers, Tech Leader…
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, and recruitment platforms…
- Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline and developer network
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
HR Operations & Workforce Management
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, contractor agreements, and service agreements
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, leave and attendance
- Support employees regarding contracts, tax, and HR policies
- Prepare HR documentation and reports when needed
Performance & Employee Relations
- Coordinate and track performance review cycles
- Support managers with performance documentation and improvement plans
- Handle employee relations matters such as conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary support
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
HR Policies, Compliance & Culture
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law and employment regulations
- Support internal communication and HR initiatives
- Plan and organize team-building activities, company events, and employee engagement programs
- Help maintain a friendly, collaborative, and transparent workplace culture, team building.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT / Software / Tech companies.
- Proven experience in tech recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the software developer hiring market.
- Connections within developer communities are a strong advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of employment contracts, contractor agreements, personal income tax, and Vietnamese labor law.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience working with international teams or remote teams is a plus.
